Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost is calculated during “Check-out” and is based on the weight of the items you have selected and the shipping destination.
Note:  No shipping to P.O. Boxes can be arranged.

Singapore shipment 
Delivery is by local registered mail (up to 2 kg) and Speedpost Same Day Delivery are applicable for more than 2kg and up to 5kg (rates quoted exclude surcharge for outskirt areas). Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3 working days. Unless special required delivery date is given and will try to accede to the request. 
Please take note that we do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays. For order(s) placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, they will be processed on the next working day.

International shipment 
All shipments are made via DHL Express or DHL GlobalMail. For orders above 2kg, only DHL Express option is available. Fuel surcharges are included under "Shipping and Handling" charges.

Note:  All International customers are responsible for custom duties and import taxes in their respective countries.

We will take the utmost care to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and properly packed and sealed to minimise any breakage. However, we will NOT be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Returns & Replacements

We pride ourselves on carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Upon receiving your order, please verify that all items received comply with your order.  Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Order Acceptance Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order.
Choiceessentials.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased by the same choiceessentials.com account holder. We will provide notification to the customers should such limits be applied.

Note:  There is no minimum order requirement.
