Features: Mineral Blue Face Toner contains Vitamin E and a splash of essential minerals from the Dead Sea. This refreshing vitamin-based skin toner is an alcohol-free skin lotion which revitalises your skin with delicate refreshment, improving its texture and pH balance with a supple feel. It delicately removes any traces of make-up or impurities, while the active ingredients and Dead Sea minerals minimise any excess oil and help to refine pores. It contains a host of specially-formulated ingredients which are known for their skin-moisturising benefits, such as Aloe Vera, so as not to dry out the skin.
